VA Disability 90%

We are getting ready to pay the retainer to move but i am 90% disability the VA wont put for life i can only download my form online. Will that be a problem even though ive been recieving it since 2017. And have proof ? I can obviously ask the attorney buy I am asking here too. Please and thank you
