I want to move to Panama and take care of my sister with dementia who is in a "memory care' place in Illinois at the rate of $. 75,000/month. I am the legal guardian of the person, but a bank here takes care of the $.( costly). What kinds of services from the government exist for seniors in Panama with dementia? Prices for domestic help?
There was a thread on that topic here, but the prices must have changed since it was written in 2014.
