Good day all ...

I don't often jump in here, but have a question I didn't find doing a search. A friend of mine will be moving down here around the 1st of the year and was asking about ADM as a forever home, and why are so many homes up there currently for sale on ecuentra24? Well, since I don't actually know anyone up there and haven't even tried climbing that ridiculous hill since they started building up there I didn't have an answer other than ... dude, that's a difficult climb on your vehicles clutch!

Anyway ... any thoughts on why there are seemingly dozens of people fleeing ADM?
