Silver in Panama

Hello I was going to bring my silver coin collection into Panama and was wondering if there was a market to sell or buy there if I has to liquidate some of it. Also any way to store it in a bank or like. What is the challenge of bringing it other than the 10000 cash limit? Do they count it by spot price or face value? Thanks for your help.
