Boquete Valley of the Flowers

Hi Everyone,
A friend suggested that there might be a rental opportunity in the Valley of the Flowers complex coming up, and remembered reading from someone on here that lives there, so I wanted to post some questions.

1. Have there been security issues/concerns in the past?
2. What is the noise level from the road (both via Boquete and Volcancito)?
3. What is the noise level from neighbors?
4. How windy does it get?
5. Anything else I should be aware of?
