ESL Teaching In Paraguay

I'm an American ESL teacher currently living in Asia. I've been teaching ESL since 1996, have an MS Ed, CELTA and DELTA with specialty in Distance Learning (DL). I'm also certified in Adobe Technical Communication Suite as well as a Design Master ACE.

I'm early 50's and interested in coming to Paraguay to teach ESL in early 2011. Can someone give me some pointers for looking a teaching job? Best cities, best companies, etc... I realize the pay is not so high, but relative to the economy, it's livable.

I'm interested in buying some farmland and semi-retiring while teaching ESL. Can anyone give me some pointers?
