PLEASE ADVISE HEALTHCARE

We are retired, ages 67/62 and in good general health. We pay in total about $700/mo for our full insurance coverage. What are good healthcare options/solutions to recommend?? We saw a YouTube video recommending ASISMED and La Costa and/or Saint Julia hospital systems as the best care facilities in the country. Once again, please opine and suggest workable options.
