Settling in Encarnacion

Finally, I'm settling down in Encarnacion, PY. After 9+ years in Colombia, 6+ months in Peru, and 1 1/2 years backpacking and visiting more than 300 towns/cities in SA, after 3 previous visits to Encarnacion, this will now be my home. Providing, that is, migraciones gives me a residence visa. Shouldn't be a problem.
