I would really appreciate some help with how to negotiate an expat package. What should I look for? Aside from salary, taxes and health insurance what else should be included in the negotiations? I am thinking about going to Poland for some interviews. I live in the US, I have never worked abroad so this is a first for me. But I have no idea what is a "good" expat package and what I should look for.
