Krakow-health insurance

Hey,

I'm moving to Krakow in August after a 4-year stint in Madrid and I wanted to know if any of you can suggest what to do about medical insurance? I have insurance in the States and here in Madrid I have it through my school. However, in Krakow I'm more or less on my own in that respect. Does anyone have any suggestions?! I'd really appreciate it.
