Advice on Spain

I am a student about to graduate in June of 2002 with a Spanish major and want to go live in Spain for a few years. I am basically looking for any advice or anyone else's experience regarding living and working in Spain as a foreigner. At the moment I don't plan on studying in Spain and am trying to figure out how best to support myself financially while in Spain. Any advice at all would be appreciated. Thank you.
