Urgent Advice on Madrid!!!

Wondering if Euro's 60,000 gross would be a sufficient salary for a young family of 4 living in Pozuelo area. We are US/Dutch citizens and seeking public bilingual schools for 2 young kids. What is the taxation bracket to be expected in Madrid on this salary? Any hints on what we could request as a necessity in the package? We so far have moving and health benefits.
