bed and breakfast

My husband may be getting a job relocation in Spain in the next year or so. Since he holds a Spanish passport through his parents(he was born in Canada and we live in Toronto right now) papers won't be a problem for us.

I know tourism is big in Spain. I have been working in the tourism/hospitality industry here and I wanted to know if someone has had experience opening and running a bed and breakfast in Spain? What is your advise you can offer me?
