Moving to Tenerife

Hello,

My husband and I will be moving to the south of Tenerife in the Canary Islands next July and would like to hear from any expats there. We are wondering about how easy or difficult it is to find a flat or house for rent. The price ranges. Cost and standard of living. I am pregnant and will be delivering my baby there. How are the hospitals there and medical servicies in general?
