do I need to be a U.S. citizen to move to spain or is Cuba citizen living in america good enough.

I would like to move to spain and would like some info on potential jobs. I speak fluent english and spanish, I've lived in U.S.A. since I was a kid but never became a citizen, do i need to become a USA citizen in order to move to spain or is mi cuban citizenship good enough.
