Moving from Newfoundland,Canada

Hubby and 5 year old and I are looking to move to Spain from Newfoundland. We would like some advice on where would be best for a family to move. Good Private schools, Immigration process, where expats are etc. We are in early stages of trying to figure this out. S, any advice or help would be great. My Husband works in Algeria so daughter and I would be on our own 1 month at a time, so I am looking for a nice safe family oriented area, with some other English speaking expats would be great.We plan on learning Spanish when we get there.
