I'm considering moving to San Sebastian. Any Pointers?

Hi everyone. My name is Jo Ramos and I am a 26 yr old female from Miami, Florida in the USA. I am seriously considering moving to San Sebastian, Spain. I have only been there once, but have fallen in love with the city. I have been having a hard time looking for any information on the city through the web, like the type of government, salaries, jobs, rentals, etc. Could anyone give me any pointers as to where I can get general information on beautiful San Sebastian?
