Spain relocation

Hi, I will be in Barcelona and Seville for 3 weeks vacationing and checking into a possible relocation. I speak Spanish on an elementary level (but with an aptitude and desire to become fluent) and I have been a professional real estate appraiser (valuer) in the States for 30 years. Are there jobs in real estate-related fields beyond sales positions, and what are the best websites for employment?
