Bilingual Elementary in Spain?

We will be moving for the school year beginning 2011. Our children will be 7 and 4. Can anyone recommend a bilingual school; anywhere in Spain is fine. Our children speak no Spanish, and we very much want them to become proficient. However, we want there to be SOME English so that they don't feel isolated and overwhelmed. All of the bilingual schools I've seen appear to be English schools with a smattering of Spanish. I'd like one that's closer to 50/50. Thank you so much.
