HIV care in Spain

We are looking at Spain, hopefully near Barcelona, for a possible place to live. My partner is being treated for HIV as well as hypertension. Saw the comments about preexisting conditions and the increased costs. In the US, we currently pay $1500 per month with my COBRA plan that didn't specify preexisting conditions when I started my job (thankfully). Any experience with trying to get HIV meds like Atripla or Complera in Spain? Haven't found anything on the Internet yet.
