Form 720 declaration for 2013

Hello folks,

Am new to this site, and require avice please.

Have been resident in Costa Blanca for several years. Completed a 720 for 2012 in respect of a small flat we purchased in the UK. I have lately been advised that because we live in Valencia region, there is no wealth tax payable [exempt for this area]. Can anyone out there confirm if this is true, and does it apply for 2013 also??
