Counselling/Social work in Europe

MSW social worker/mental health worker looking to practice/work in Europe (France, Italy or Spain) but do not speak any of the languages - i do know that in both Italy and Spain there are large areas where English is predominant - have also read articles about expats struggling to find counselling services in Italy - does anyone know the practicality of obtaining a job there or setting up your own counselling practice - have EU passport....
