Residential Park Homes

Hi, am hoping to come over to Antequera in July to view four different park homes where you can live full time if you are 50+. Has anyone got experience of then or know anyone who has? What is the cost of living like in this area? Are the locals friendly to incomers? Although we are looking to live in a park home we would like to integrate with the Spanish community as well. Thanks in advance. Oh, and sorry if I have already posted similar questions on here, am getting confused which sites I have already been on, need to get more organised!
