Hi,

I want to visit but need internet access for my work which I do via the laptop. The wifi at the hostel that a friend recommends in Madrid has horrible Wifi, so I'd like to do it via cell phone. I'll be doing VOIP so need decent bandwidth and more importantly ping time/latency.

Is there a recommended provider where I can pay per month for several GB of data without a long contract? What companies have the best/most reliable data?
