Medical insurance

I'm moving over next week to the Costa blanca for a year.
Been looking at medical insurance to cover my husband & me.
OMG what a price they want a month
Surely €200+ is away to expensive
We have no illnesses and were in our 50's
Does anyone know of any company's that are cheaper.
