I am new to the forum and wondered if you could help as I am moving to Spain next month (Alicante Region) and i will be looking for developers that went bust in the last 16 years. You may or may not know but buyers that lost their money to Spanish developers can now claim their money back from the developers bank. If anyone can point me in the direction of developments that didn't get finished i would really appreciate it. The idea is to ask the developer to give me the contact details of buyers that lost out so that i may contact them.
I do work for a company and yes i will be earning out of this once a claim has paid out but can you imagine how many people it could help after losing their money years ago? We offer No Win No Fee.
Any ideas would be a massive help.
