Health Insurance

Myself and my husband are moving permenently to Spain. My husband is pension age so receives his pension from UK. I am not yet pension age. My question is will I need a private health insurance? Obviously my husband will receive his health card here will I have to wait until I reach pension age?
Is there a rule that covers husband and wife.? Any help is much appreciated.
