Nursing or companionship work

Hello! My husband has an opportunity to live in Barcelona for 3-6 months. I am currently working as a registered nurse here in the states. I would love to do nursing or companionship work or volunteering while I am in Barcelona. Unfortunately I do not speak Catalan or Spanish... I am not sure if there is a need for in the expat world for English speaking caregivers or healthcare providers. I am open to either a paid position or volunteer work! Any thoughts or info would be much appreciated!! Thanks!
