Coming soon to Spain

Greetings I am a 65 year old woman with her daughter and 4 year old grandson. We are coming to Spain at the end of the month. Ultimately I'm looking to stay at several ecovillages but starting out looking for the city to start with to adjust to Spain. We have been living in Chiang Mai Thailand. I've narrowed my search to Valencia, Costa Blanca, Alicante, Almerlia, Malagia and Bilbao. Any suggestions on the best place when have a toddler? Many thanks for any help.
