Expat Health Insurance

My husband and I are in the process of non lucrative visa application for Spain. Have an application for health coverage through Sanitas. We are both in good physical condition without major chronic illness. Here in the U.S. if you have one condition, no matter how minor, you will be refused private health insurance. I have osteopenia, no treatment except vitamins. Does anyone know if this will cause them to refuse my application?
