BUYING A CAR IN SPAIN

I am arriving in Spain in May to pick up my non lucrative one year residence Visa. I will need to buy a used car to use for the year. Here are the issues I understand that I will run into. 1. Will I need to have a permanent address for the year to get the Visa and to buying a car? 2. Can I use a postal mailbox and forwarding service as my permanent address in Spain? 3 What is the most economical way to get car - buying a used car or leasing a car for a year? 4, Are there other issues I will encounter - like insurance? Thanks for any suggestions. Larry
