Hi my husband and I are looking to sell our uk home and one of our rentals and relocate permanently to Spain. Im 51 and hes 58 (59 in january) and were looking to be swimming in our own villa pool on the day of my husbands 60th birthday.
We have seen some lovely villas we like the look of in Almeria and Zergena and want any advice on the area etc? we like privacy so were looking at being inland a bit but need to beable to be close to village town etc so we can mix and join in with activities.
Im sure I shall be posting all sorts of questions on here over the next few months. Were coming out in early October to view. very excited!!
