Apartment rentals

My husband and I will be looking to rent a furnished apartment for 7 months starting December 1, 2018.
We would like to rent a one or two bedroom apartment in the following neighbors: L'Eixample, Ensanche, Ruzafa, & El Carmen. Could anyone recommend a realtor and know what the average rent in these areas for a 1 or 2 bedroom. We would like to keep the cost for an apartment under 1300 euro does this seem reasonable.
