Entry Requirements with Non Lucrative Visa

Hello;

We are arriving in Spain to retire on 5 September. We have our non lucrative visas, medical insurance in place etc.

1. Do we have to provide any other documents at immigration in Madrd besides our passports with visaa attached?

2. I undertstand that we have to register with the local police and get a residenct card? Am I correct on that?
