Moving to Almeria from the UK

Hi We are looking into moving to Spain next year but is this still a possibility if there is a no deal and very unclear if we can work there after Brexit as UK citizens? Would we need to become residents in Spain, if so would we be eligible for any healthcare at all as my partner is on prescription drugs in the UK? Any information will be very appreciated. We are viewing a property in December so would be good to get some info before we go over. Many thanks
