Looking at Malaga or Valencia

I'm a pharmacist in the US and I really just want to leave. I'm tired of working my life away to pay my student loans. I know in other countries pharmacies operate differently. I'm not even attached to the pharmacy profession, anything I can do with a PharmD degree and make a decent living, I'll be happy. Any ideas what would be some good jobs?

I can't seem to even find any regulatory bodies or boards of pharmacy, and so I can't find any information on how to get my license transferred. Anyone have any ideas?

I would like a coastal town like Malaga or Valencia. I've looked more into Malaga and I'm in love already, but saw Valencia and am interested too. I like a bigger city versus a small town, so they both fit that bill. I'm gay so LGBTQ+ acceptance is a must, I like nature, parks, biking, kayaking, and occasionally camping. Does this steer you towards one city or the other?

Right now I just feel so stuck. I'm 26, working my life away and I hate how there's such a culture of working yourself to death here. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!
