Finding a lost Spanish friend

I'm trying to find a long lost Spanish friend from almost 20 years ago. He wasn't into technology then, so I seriously doubt he's on FB (I've looked as well) or has any other type of anti-social media. I was wondering if anyone out there who has lived in Spain for a while can tell me of the best websites where I could post a message looking for him. I know Spanish, so writing it in espanol will be no problem. I have almost no info to go on other than his name and what I knew about him as well as his mother's address (and she could be dead by now). He was due to graduate from college, so he could be relocated anywhere. Thanks for any help you can give!!
