Hi all - thanks for everyone for your replies to my recent message re 'coastal areas' to buy a house (I'm Irish so luckily don't have to navigate the new rules). I've narrowed it down to: Costa Tropical (Lobres or Salobrena) or Costa Blanca (Rafelcofer or Oliva). Trying to avoid having to buy a car so the main considerations are : price (haven't much to spend but max 70k Euros), proximity to beach, social life (initially it will be a place to visit and spend the whole summer / rent while we're not there but when we retire (approx 10-15 years) a place to live.
I have the CELTA so can also teach English to supplement the low pension I'll have.
So, if you were me, where would you pick and why? Also would you look to buy online now or wait a while (until a) prices change b) we can visit in person).
