questions for american expats

We would appreciate information on the following :
Our income comes from social security and a few retirement accounts that right now are being directly deposited to our bank account.
Questions: can we keep this as it is and transfer money as we needed to Spain?
Will US banks let you keep your account even when when your address is in Spain?
Will Social Security send the direct deposit to your Bank account even when you have a permanent address overseas?
What would be the least expensive method to transfer money?
Do we still have to continue paying for part A and B of Medicare?
What bank would be better to have in the US to do this?
What bank in Spain is good to operate like this?
What is a good company for tax preparation. We would be paying taxes in the United States.
Any information or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much.
Victor
