Recommendations for Spanish Health Insurance for cancer survivor

Hey all. We are a 40 something couple and are planning to move to Girona this coming fall. My partner finished cancer treatment earlier this year. We know we have to get private insurance to move. How difficult will it be with this on her bill of health. Recommendations for insurance providers? Any help would be great.
