Spanish citizenship

Hello, has anyone heard of acquiring Spanish citizenship through the new “Ley de Memoria Democrática” which was put into effect October 2022? This law states that any child or grandchild born abroad of a Spanish citizen exiled by the Spanish Civil war has a right to request Spanish Citizenship. I was wondering if anyone has been successful or if there are any law firms that will help in this process. Thank you.
