What are the Alamanjayar & Cartuja neighborhoods like? Are they run down? I see a lot of places there in my price range. Is it still a walking neighborhood with all the amenities nearby to live without a car/like a local?

Is there an 'expat neighborhood'? If so, where? From which country are a majority of the expats who live in Granada?

Do you have any connections in universities who could hire me as a Business English, Economics in English or plain ol' English as a Foreign Language professor that you could introduce me to?

Is there much building/construction going on in Granada?
