How to apply for non-lucrative Spanish visa

I have lived in Altea for ten years, and recently completed and received my ten year residency NIE card. I have written an article for my blog detailing the steps I took for my initial residency card, the one year renewal, 2 two year renewals, 5 year renewal, and 10 renewal. Keep in mind that the proces sometimes changes, and even different Spanish consulates in the US sometimes have slightly different policies.
