Hi! My name is Isabel, I'm 52, retired early. I've been planning to move to Spain for a few years. I have the date down to August of 2025. I would like to live in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The city is ranked as one of the 5 best places to live in Spain and it is the first Spanish municipality to be awarded the title of European Green Capital. It's the capital city of the Basque Country, yet it's a very affordable place to live. I think I will try to buy a place in the San Sebastián community. That's all the information I have, until I actually get there ? I would like to make some Expat friends before I move. If anyone lives close to that area feel free to say hello...
