Does this plan to move to Spain make sense?

2 years ago
Goal is to move myself and immediate family and possibly the mother-in-law who is a dependent. Is this correct?

* golden visa. If i'm not mistaken, it would meet the criteria (including the mom-in-law) but it's not an option for us because we'd have to rush to buy a house and to rush sell our current house. Why? Govt said they want to cancel this visa but they haven't done so yet. Hence the rush. Maybe if a new govt gets elected, they'll support this and it'll become an option for us again
* digital nomad visa. Ditto. But it's not an option for us because my employer has a branch in Spain.
* worker visa. Nope because I wouldn't be able to bring my family right away.
* hi-tech/hi-skilled worker visa. This is an option assuming I can get my current employer to sponsor me. But... a) how hard is it to get this visa? I'm a tech worker b) not clear if i could bring the dependent mom-in-law right away
* EU blue visa. Ditto.
