Hi all,

I'm a Sri Lankan living overseas, looking to rent out my small 3 BR house (situated a 15 min drive from the town of Ja-ela) to either an expat/small family who will take good care of it! Ideal for somebody working at the airport or FTZ.

It's a great home situated inside a secure gated community (with all necessary amenities within walking distance. Eg: shops, fast food, pool, preschool, buses to Colombo, etc)

Also available flatshare - 1 room for rent within a 3 roomed flat (located in the suburb of Nawala, Colombo). Ideal for student or one person.
