Hi,
I am thinking of applying for a scholarship to study (1-3 years) a postgraduate in Sri Lanka. I have two major questions.

What is the educational level of Sri Lankan Universities, especially at the MA/PhD level?

Is living on 30,000 rupees (the amount given as a scholarship) realistic/possible?

If not, what opportunities exist for making extra money?
