Laundry in Colombo?

Just arrived in Colombo and am still in a hotel while finalizing longer-term housing. The hotel offers laundry service but a what seem like usurious rates (a few hundred LKR per piece, even for underwear). Are there laundromats (self-serve or, preferred, wash-and-fold) in Colombo that people know of that I could use while waiting to get settled in? I'm in Wellawatte (Colombo 06) now; if there are any near here, that would be even better.
