Questions on Residenc Visa

Hi

I am thinking of applying for the Sri Lankan Resident Visa for my family and myself.

I am based in the UK and was born in London. My parents came from Sri Lankan in 1965 and my name was on my mothers Sri Lankan passport

I now have a British Passport.

I have the following questions on applying for applying for Residence Visa:

1) Do I have to have a job offer in Sri Lanka to apply for Residence Visa?
2) Do I have to apply for a Residence Visa for my wife?
3) I have 2 children aged 7 and 9. Do I have to apply for Residence Visa for them?
