In Retirement moving from USA to Sweden and how handle medicare in states

I know if you move to Sweden you get healthcare when you register with taxes. How does one handle medicare
for future if for some reason you decide to move back to the USA later on? It seems that you must at least keep
part B, and then of course if you have preexisting conditions coming back to states you will probably not be able
to get the supplement you might have had before. I did call Medicare and my supplement carrier. Seems a bit risky.
